Project requests

When you submit the questionnaire, we save your name, contact details, project location, selected services, timing, description, and permission to contact you. The Interior Solutions team uses these details to review your project and follow up about your estimate.

Who can see your request

Requests are available to approved team accounts in our private lead inbox. Our website hosting provider processes and stores the information needed to operate this service. If email notifications are connected, our email delivery provider also processes the request details needed to send a notification to our team.

Drafts and website activity

This browser tab temporarily remembers your project selections so you can go back without starting over. Contact details are not included in that saved draft. We also count visits, questionnaire steps, completed requests, and phone-button clicks using a random browser session identifier. Referral domains and campaign tags may be included with a request to help us understand how customers find us. We record approximate city/region and active time while the page is visible to understand traffic quality. We do not store precise GPS locations or identify anonymous visitors by name. Phone-button clicks may notify our team that someone intended to call; they do not confirm a connected call. We do not use advertising pixels on this website.

Protecting submissions

The website uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit excessive submissions. Saved requests stay in the team inbox for follow-up; they are not automatically deleted on a schedule.
